Returns and exchanges

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date that is listed on your packing slip, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, and in the original packaging. Gift Cards and face coverings are not eligible for returns

Refunds

Once we receive your return and are able to inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If your refund has been approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.   

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your back account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refunded is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@tidejunkies.com

Sale Items
At this time, only regular priced items may be refunded. We can not provide refunds for sale items. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. These defective or damaged items must be unused and with the original packaging. Size exchanges will be treated as full refunds. If you need to exchange your item(s) for the same item(s) due to defective or damaged goods, please reach out to us at hello@tidejunkies.com and we will facilitate the exchange for you. 

Shipping your return
To return your item(s), please reach out to us at hello@tidejunkies.com with your order number and we will provide you with simple and detailed instructions to follow. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when sending us your returned item(s). We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
