Do you offer free shipping?
For sure! We hook you up with free domestic shipping on orders over $99 before tax.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, crew. Right now, we’re only shipping within the United States. But hang tight, we’re working on expanding our reach soon. Stay tuned!
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! To track your order, just hit up your account and check out your recent orders for the tracking number. We’ll also shoot it straight to your inbox as soon as your gear ships out.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, no worries, we got you. Simply send us an email to help@tidejunkies.com with pictures of your damaged product(s) and we'll gladly send you a replacement.
For lost packages, please contact the shipper which is indicated on your tracking information.

How can I check the status of my order?
Want to check on your order? Just swing by your account, click on ‘Orders,’ and you’ll see your fulfillment status. Once your gear ships, we’ll hit you up with an email that includes all the tracking info you need.
I ordered the wrong size, can I fix it before it ships?
Sure thing! If you need to change anything with your order, just hit us up at help@tidejunkies.com and we will get everything sorted out for you.
How do I know if my order went through?
Once we receive your order, you will instantly get an email notification to the address you used when checking out, letting you know that we've received it.

How long does it take to process an order?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Our fulfillment center is closed on weekends and all major holidays.
What happens if I received the wrong item(s)?
While this is rare, it sometimes can happen. If this is the case, please reach out to us at help@tidejunkies.com and we will get it sorted out for you.
